Hey there! I've been working as a designer for the past 7 years, but my true passion came up with CX, UX, and UI, accumulating 4 years of experience in this field. I'm dedicated to studying and reading books about this area, aiming to provide users and customers with the best experience they can have. For me, measuring satisfaction and loyalty at every touchpoint with a product or brand contact, make their life better, and happier too! That's why I'm deeply in love with this area. :)

I've served as a Product and UX/UI Designer at "Nexoos," "Valtech," and "Consciência Animal Veterinarian Hospital," where I conducted product discovery with stakeholders, led user research, performed benchmarking, engaged in service design, built high-fidelity prototypes, established design systems, conducted usability tests, facilitated workshops, and much more! It was particularly gratifying to receive positive feedback from both, users and company owners, during this period.

I hold a postgraduate degree in UX Research, Research Ops, and Design Leadership from Curitiba Technology College (UNIFATEC-PR), a program organized by UX Unicorn in collaboration with the Toronto School of Management.

In 2020-2021, I delved into UX/UI Design through a specialization course at PUC-SP. It was during this time that I realized my calling to be a UX/UI Designer

In the past, my professional journey involved Graphic Design, where I created various graphic materials such as catalogs, offers, magazines, food supplement labels, promotional videos, images for social media, event banners, stickers, and presentation cards.
